What is the Stanford Planning Coalition?
The Stanford Planning Commission (“SPC”) is a broad based group of involved property owners and residents of Stanford who are committed to assisting the Stanford Town Board in its review of and modification to the Town Comprehensive Plan and inevitable changes to the Town Planning & Zoning Ordinance.

STANFORD - Members of Stanford's codes committee continued discussions about the possibility of a town center during the committee's regular meeting on Monday.

This was the first meeting held since the committee walked out of a meeting in September due to concerns that councilwoman Virginia Stern's presence in the sudience could be viewed as an illefal quorum of the five-person town board. Supervisor Dave Tetor and councilwoman Joyce Hadden sit on the sit on the codes committee.

STANFORD - The Stanford Town Board adopted the town's 2008 budget at its recent meeting, as well as set public hearing dates to receive feedback from residents regarding an extension of the town's moratorium and the possibility of waiving that moratorium for the Brook in Waterland project so the developers can add guest cottages above the garages in the development..
